Q: What will my loved one receive?

A: Your loved one will receive a 2-3 page letter, a puzzle like a crossword or a word search, along with a few inserts that tie into the story.  Each letter is different and your loved one will receive new items in each one.

Q: How often will my loved one receive a letter?

A: Letters are shipped twice monthly on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.  Your loved one will receive 24 letters total in a year.  

Q: How am I billed?

A: You can sign up to be billed on a month-to-month basis and cancel anytime, or save 20% when you sign up to be billed annually.

Q: What if my loved one is in memory care?

A: Each letter contains a different story.  The entirety of the 24 letters does follow Ethel and many of the same characters in her life, but each letter is a fresh start.  There will be a few continuations throughout the letters, but they are written in a way that they don't need to be remembered from month to month.
